Annual General Meeting

You are invited to send ONE representative per team to attend the AGM for The Thurmaston Pool League. This will take place at 8 pm on  11thAugust 2011 in the Lounge of  The Willow Pub, 215 Humberstone Lane, Thurmaston, Leicester. If you wish to discuss anything at the AGM then please telephone a member of the committee (listed above) to add it to the agenda.  Please note anything NOT added to the agenda at least 7 days before the date above, will NOT be discussed on the night.

Registration for Winter League 2011

Click Here to download an entry form to register one or more teams for the Winter League 2011/12. All league matches will be played on Thursday evenings starting around 8.15pm.

There is a fee of £35 for each team of up to TEN players, this includes entry into both the league and the KO cup. Additional players may be registered at a cost of £3 per player, and players may be transferred between teams at a cost of £5. Any signings submitted after 7pm on Thursday   11th  August  2011 will also have to be paid for at a cost of £3 per player, unless the team has less than 10 players registered.

Please print Full Name, Contact Number and Address for the Captain.  Also, please ensure that the Full Name and Telephone number is completed for all players.  Please also provide an email address to which the league will send electronic copies of all correspondence.   Please note - Failure to complete all details requested may result in the team being refused entry to the league.

The entry form along with payment in full should be returned to the The Willow Pub in a sealed envelope no later than 7pm on  Thursday 11th August  2011.  Payment  by Cash only . Receipts can be provided if requested.

We would appreciate if Teams could return their completed registration forms as soon as possible, as this will enable us to produce the leagues and fixtures on time.

The league will also be running Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Ladies Singles ,Under 25’s & Over 45’s tournaments - at an extra cost  and subject to the number of entrants.

All correspondence between the Thurmaston Pool League and the League teams will be sent to the Pub/Club and a copy by email.
